I keep losing…
I lost yet another battle against insomnia. I have been attempting to change my sleeping schedule before winter quarter begins in January, but all I have managed to do is bring back my insomnia.
Last night I turned off all the lights, turned on my sound machine and attempted to sleep. It was 11PM. I was actually tired so I thought it would work, and it did…for about two hours. I fell asleep (after about half and hour) and I awoke at 1AM, although at first I thought it was 4AM until I put my glasses on and read the clock correctly.
I wanted to go back to sleep but after about an hour I decided to give up and I began to clean my room. It is now 7AM.
