I’m still wide awake, the sleeping medication did not work.
Things I have tried:
- teas
- warm milk
- medication
- sound therapy
- light therapy
- meditation
- diet change
- 24-hour sleep deprivation
- exercise
- relaxation exercises (i.e., breathing exercise)
There’s only acupuncture left…
